Measuring Cups

A lot of recipes – especially the ones you find online – are written for the American market. For bakers in the UK, this means grabbing the calculator and putting the thinking cap on. Time to do some conversion calculations! There is another way. These handy stainless steel measuring cups work wonderfully with recipes from the States. After all, it’s much easier to scoop up one cup of flour and plop it in the mixing bowl, than to do the calculations, and carefully weigh out 87.726345 grams (or whatever it is…).
